Returns Policy

At All Gay Toys, we want you to be 100% satisfied at all times. We would like to have you as a customer for life, so we offer a simple, no nonsense returns policy...
Unwanted Items
 
Simply return the product to us within 7 days of purchase. Provided the goods are unused and in the original packaging we will issue a full refund. You may also return unused and unopened items up to 28 days after purchase, and we will exchange them for goods to the same value, or if you prefer, we will issue a credit coupon for the same amount. Please retain a proof of postage when you return any goods to us.
Refunds
 
We will issue your refund immediately the returned goods have been received by us. The refund will then normally take 3 to 10 days to appear available on your card.
Returning your purchases

Condom returns
 
Due to the nature of the item, open condoms cannot be returned.
Faulty Goods
 
If you receive goods that are found to be faulty or defective in any way, please contact our customer service department on 020 8819 8398 and we will arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you immediately. Please have your order number ready when you telephone us.
