“We aim to deliver within 3 days. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative date or a refund”.

If you order your goods before 2pm, we will despatch the order the same day by Royal Mail recorder delivery. 
Your order should normally be delivered the following day, and you must be able to sign for the parcel when it arrives.

In the rare event that you do not receive your order after three days, please contact customer support, and have your order number ready.
